While my room was generally tidy, I noticed some areas hadn't been maintained—like the carpet showing wear and a dirty kettle. Shower water heating was inconsistent, which was a letdown. Staff were friendly, but a lack of maintenance overshadowed their efforts. Location right in the city center was a massive plus, allowing easy access to local attractions. found the experience mixed, balancing delights with some disappointments.

Consider requesting a room on the first floor for easy access to the elevator and beautiful views.

The restaurant closing at 20:00 feels restrictive!!! Rooms clearly need a makeover as they haven’t changed in years!!! Wi-Fi struggles were frustrating, having to rely on other available networks instead!!!

A delightful stay with serene courtyard-facing rooms in the heart of the city. The friendly staff and delicious, varied breakfasts were highlights. The hotel’s prime location makes exploring easy, while the parking facility adds to the convenience. Definitely a hidden gem in the bustling center!

During my business trip, I appreciated the hotel's prime position. it was close to the Fortress and the vibrant pedestrian zone, making it easy to explore the area after my meetings. My room was nicely appointed and faced the courtyard, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep despite being in the city center. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, providing a great start to my busy days.

Stayed with friends and had a great time! The spacious room was perfect for our group, and the breakfast menu offered tasty options. We loved exploring the nearby bike routes and taking a trip to Soko Banja and other local attractions. The hotel also had a private parking lot, which made our stay hassle-free.

The only downside was that the receptionist was sometimes busy and took a while to assist us with minor inquiries, which slowed us down a bit.
